Jeff Love
Founder and CEO
As a founder and CEO, Jeff oversees the strategic development of the firm and deployment of the firm’s capital. In addition, he directs the investment and growth strategy of the company while managing all acquisition transactions.
Kevin W. Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin leads the acquisition team through all aspects of the company’s investments. His responsibilities include researching and underwriting prospective deals, negotiating terms, contracts and leases, strategically implementing business plans and operating structures and seeing each transaction to a close.
With over 27 years in both bank administration and commercial real estate lending, Kevin’s work ethic, leadership and strong analytical experience has been instrumental in the company’s continued growth.

Omar Khokhar
Chief Construction Engineer
Omar is responsible for the day to day operations of Engineer, Development and Construction. He brings more then 20 years of construction, restaurant, retail and hospitality operations experience.
He was a regional manager for KFC. He was the operator & developer for Denny’s franchisee east Texas area. He was also an operator & developer for Shell Shack Restaurant franchise for Tyler , Texas. He has been in involved in network planning and development of those restaurant brands.
